Staff wasn’t friendly. I don’t like the breakfast menu. There was no variety options to eat. I know holiday Inn as certain buffet menu, but I think they should change or add few items. And while checkout, there was a lady with white hair who was so rude to us. I think Holiday Inn should train their staffs before start of their work.
