  Lovely house set in a very quiet location in the country yet only a short journey to Stratford upon Avon, Broadway etc. Our room overlooked a small, quaint, old church at the front and farm fields at the back. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The host, Philip, was very helpful and hospitable. He made a super breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.

  Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, really pleasant and clean rooms, comfy beds, sleep quality, quiet, WLAN is free but signal was quite low in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

  Spacious, clean and well equipped. Perfect for our family stay. Beds were comfy too. We were staying in lodge 4 and had no issues with road noise at all, lodge was very peaceful.

  The room was quite tiny and gave a claustrophobic feel, coupled with a musty smell like it had not been used or aired in a while. It surprisingly contained all the basic things one would need, but crammed into such a tiny space...I stayed out for as long as possible daily so that I would only come in to sleep. The Wifi was also terrible. Bearing in mind that the price was by no means cheap, it left a lot to be desired and was definitely not good value for money.
