Size of lift very small not good if you are frightened of small spaces, or have a lot of luggage. No hot water at all, even after following instructions. Confusion over parking. It's not clear that parking is on the road only, not behind locked gates of the building you are staying in. We followed a person in, parked, and then could not get out in the morning. Note that £20 cleaning fee, plus the vat is added to the price. I didn't see this until after I had booked.

The mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs etc. The bathroom needed repairing and a good clean. The male toilets at reception were extremely dirty, cobwebs up the windows (I took photos). The breakfast was disappointing, the only hot option was fried egg and Hashbrowns and if you were lucky some tomatoes. No sausage, no bacon and you had to request beans - which were not available when I asked. They offer two forms of pastries and not really any choice of cereal. The only good thing was several flavours of yoghurt. They offer a book in time for breakfast which they clearly do not stick too. We booked the first morrning for 9.30 and we were slightly earlier thank goodness as they were already starting to pack away - someone else came after and he was told breakfast was finished and he booked for 9.30! We booked earlier then next day but the breakfast had much less available. It was also not clear what to do at breakfast - and you were not told - ended up having to chase someone just to get a coffee.

Very uncomfortable mattress. No tea/coffee. No available kitchen or dining room as far as I could see. Despite the poor mattress, i would have given this place a higher score except for one thing - security and honesty. The owner preferred contact by WhatsApp and asked for my booking number and PIN. I foolishly gave him my PIN. After my stay, i found someone had written a review on my behalf, which i have now removed. They claim someone must have hacked my account, but who else would immediately write a favourable review, and also had my PIN? Go, figure! I've been offered a free stay after they have bought new mattresses. Hmm, we'll see.

We were not told about work in progress at hotel when arrived there was no water for two hours so had to buy drinks wasn't offered complimentary drinks and me being disabled had to go to airport toilets the kitchen had been previously flooded so couldn't have proper breakfast a continental or sausage sandwich was offered I was not happy and for £96 a night charged was not acceptable I will be complaining not even offered a reduced amount on stay absolutely disgusting
