We were just looking for somewhere reasonably priced overnight near to South Lakes Safari as we planned to go the next day. Rather than travel down very early in the morning. And Abbey Apartments exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, and decorated beautifully. Stylish with an art deco feel, comfortable sofas, beds and fully equipped kitchen. We did plan to go out for food, but instead decided to get a takeaway and enjoy it in the apartment. Our only regret is we weren't staying for longer. Abbey Apartments is an absolute gem, very reasonably priced and we will definitely be back.

Not a criticism at all, but remember to pack shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as there is none supplied. Although there are shops nearby. But there is absolutely nothing at all to not like about Abbey Apartments

What a fantastic team of staff. We were quite a difficult group in many ways with my 2 young grandchildren and my elderly mother in our group. But all the staff responded positively to every little request we made and sorted everything. We were also delighted when staff used their initiative and went the extra mile to make us even more comfortable. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The hotel is well located for Heathrow but we heard no aircraft noise at all. The room was comfortable enough and had everything we needed for a one night stay before flying home to Australia. The restaurant/bar is large enough to not feel crowded and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor so there was quite a bit of corridor noise but it didn’t disturb us late at night. It wasn’t easy to find information about how to get to/from the airport and hotel. Public transport is available and cheap, but we found an Uber ride was cheaper than the airport shuttle.

Great accommodation, few minutes’ walk from Tube station where you can reach centre in 30 minutes. Very clean with daily room cleaning service. The apartment has everything necessary for stay (iron, hairdryer, stove,...) Easy access.

Everything was great, just note for tourists outside UK - bring UK adapter for devices. Family neighbourhood - no restaurants, bars or markets in the street (there are on tube station)

The location was great, right in the centre of Bath. We also liked the car parking facility and found the car turntable a real novelty but a fantastic asset to the property!
