We paid for an upgrade to a Penthouse room so our room was pretty large with a seperate living area to relax. The food was good, breeakfast had a very good choice of fruit, cooked items, toast, etc and tasted good. We ate in the main restuarant in the evening once, it was good value for money and tasted good. We were attending a wedding at a veneu near by so this was a perfect location for us. Would I book to go back? No.

The room and hotel was so warm, the room was unbearable and no windows to open wide. we had a balcony but sadly we were unable to open the door to let the air in due to having several wasp nests about the door way.

Great vibe & lovely feel. A bright and airy apartment. Very well appointed. Very clean. Location suited us very well - plenty of eateries, close to Queens & City Hospital.

Plenty and varied menu and no trouble for it to be altered, always hot and I scoffed the lot! Lovely family, always helpful and cheery. I'd recommend the venue.

My disable friend realised we should'n't have booked his en suite room as it was on the first floor , as we were told it was when we booked it so the steps were too much for him. I was on the top, right under the roof, with a great view of the water and I had my own shower and toilet just 3 steps away. I like the two wee wooden square blocks hanging on the wall in lieu of a wardrobe (there was no room to fit one in). Lovely bed. and a reading lamp at the right height.

Clean, excellent breakfast, very helpful gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast gave us great advice how to get to our destination that day.

Being a bit older, it would have been good to be told at reception how the elevator worked as we missed the signing. Our room was in the new build. We were very confused by the different lifts and got lost trying to find our room. We think it would prove to be easier with better signing.

Awful smell of stale smoke in the room, nobody to help or get in contact after 10:30pm when we tried to get back into the hotel at 23:00. Shower head broken. Blind broken. No sign for hazard on the corridors such as watch your step or head. Tripped a few times because of this.
