  What can I say....the sea view from our room was stunning! We definitely were not expecting that. We booked a small double but the room was far from small. it was HUGE! Lovely comfy sofa to sit to watch the sea. The bathroom was great with a fantastic shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.

  Only thing I can think of is the WIFI was very sketchy but what do you expect staying by the sea! We had a lovely experience. 10 out of 10 in our opinion!

  Both the breakfast and location were great, it was lovely being in the cocktail bar to have breakfast, very up market, the food although continental had every thing we needed, from fresh fruit to eggs and pastries .

  The noise levels at night. We were not warned or made aware that the music would go on until 1am. We could not get to sleep most of the night, partially due also to the street noise, ie people and vehicles, but mainly the music downstairs. Bring good earplugs if you want to get any sleep. The mattresses are cheap, old, and so uncomfortable. TV was broken & the remote didn't have batteries in it. Holes in the walls and around the windows. No response from the owners when trying to contact them about our disappointing stay

  The room smell funny, lots small flies and moths, toilet can’t flash properly. I also didn’t have a very good experience up on arrival. There is no clear message on booking about pet stay charge and when we got there the lady didn’t even apologize about that and just ask for £25 for dog stay.
