The location was the best bit being close to the town Center and a short walk from bits you need,

The apartment was not clean, there where hairs on the bathroom on the floor ( a few not just 1) the bath does not drain very well when showering and dirty water was floating back up when washing, the mattresses where very uncomfortable and where able to feel all the springs, and all the pillows absolutely raked of BO it got to the point we had to remove them from our rooms and put them in the airing cupboard to try and get the smell gone,

Really spacious and plenty of storage space. All bedrooms are en suite.

Minor issue daughter took a late shower but hot water had run out (there were quite a few of us using the hot water). Ower was with us within a couple of minutes to solve the issue. 👍

The hotel was far too hot. I had to go to the bar at 2.30am to get water. I told the man on reception it is really hot and he said they put the heating on in the whole hotel for one woman who said it was cold. Completely ruined our stay as we had little to no sleep. It was really expensive to not get a good nights sleep.

The self check in/check out system, avoiding in-person contact. Some of us like to speak to actual people. The bathroom was outdated (cracked basin and no toilet brush) The room had an unpleasant drain-like smell, we couldn't tell if this was coming in from outside or from the plumbing that also made a lot of noise. The television didn't seem to work, there were only two channels, the rest being radio.

The bed - it had a dip in the middle and was not comfortable Getting bar service was a hit and miss affair - mostly, no staff attending even when half full with guests watching football.

Everything.!! The property was absolutely filthy. Photos show hair and grime in kitchen cabinets, fridge and washing machine. The bathrooms was a disgrace, staines all over the walls and door, no lock on door, shower and toilet were not cleaned. Man urinating outside in full view in daylight. Which i know is out of hosts control. Felt unsafe with the total experience. The host was so unprofessional and rude when we altered her that we were not staying at the property. Sectarian accusations which is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this property to anyone ever.
