  It was a spacious 2-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment with a separate living room. Living room had a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher and Nespresso machine. We were very pleased with the facilities and the value for money was exceptional.

  Friendly welcome at reception on arrival and checkout. Good location central in Whitby.

  The room was very disappointing. It only had a tiny little window high up one wall below the ceiling. This made the room very dark and we felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. We were worried that we would have no chance of escaping or being rescued if there was a fire. It’s hard to believe that this room can comply with legal standards of fire safety or natural lighting/ ventilation. We asked to change but were told this wasn’t possible. The photo of the room we booked for £98 on Booking.com showed a full size window so we felt cheated and overcharged.

  Shabby rooms,poor quality furniture and fittings,badly in need of update and a coat of paint. Felt grubby.mould in bathroom . Lots of Evidence of previous water leaks as bathroom ceiling badly stained. Kettle missing . Tv Remote control not working.

  The room was very small, not cleaned. There were a pair of trousers in the cupboard a a nasty smell all over the place. The room doesn't have a bathroom, to take a shower you need to go out on the corridor. The tv wasn't working but someone came to fix it.
