The apartment was perfect for what we needed. A one night stay on our way home from Cornwall.It was very clean and a very comfortable bed. Lots of little extras were much appreciated and breakfast provided. Recommend to all

Location is not close to canary wharf, I had to Uber to and from the bus stop. Place is unclean, water marks all over the place in the toilet and the carpet was not clean - finger nails can be seen on the floor.

The room I was put in didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, there was a smell of damp in the air, wasn’t sure if it was coming from the toilet or where but i had to eat in there and didn’t feel super comfortable doing so The First Lady I spoke to at the desk seemed to not want me to check in at the time I was told check in was but when other people came in she immediately let them to their rooms which was……interesting. She noticed I was looking at her while she did this and immediately gave me a room afterwards but it wasn’t lost on me that the people she let in immediately were of a certain complexion and I’ll leave it at that. The other staff after her were lovely though. Room was smaller than my university dorm which is saying a lot. Walls had stains all over them. I kept getting woken up by loud banging noises outside my room which I didn’t understand as I wasn’t any where near a janitors closet. This made me feel unsafe so I had to put my bag on the door to deter anyone from coming in or at least alert me if someone did. The sheets made me itch the entire night, not sure if it’s due to a cheap detergent as I am allergic to most cheap detergents or that they just weren’t cleaned enough. The shower head had limescale all over it and the sink had mystery spots all over 🤢 Overall not a pleasant stay, didn’t stay the 2 days cause I just didn’t want to subject myself to that for that long

We arrived at the property to find it extremely dirty with a stained mattress, unmade bed, wet towels all over the floor, and filthy toilets with fresh marks. Since we had our young children with us, we couldn't allow them to sleep in such unclean conditions. As a result, my family and I decided not to stay and returned the keys the same day. We were not given a refund despite not staying the night. I advise others to be cautious about booking this property, especially if hygiene is important to you and your loved ones.
