  We stayed for 2 nights and everything was fantastic! Kelly and Chaz were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location right near the beach and town centre, the breakfast basket was also superb served promptly at the time we requested. Room was spotlessly clean and great value for money. Would definitely recommend Bella Vista for a perfect little getaway

  There is nothing we didn't like our only concern would be that parking might be a little tricky if busy and bad weather as it's mostly grass, and the surround streets after 1st May are 4 hours max. This however did not affect our stay and should not deter from staying at this wonderful place!

  Convenient. Nearby Bayswater and Queensway underground station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is very clean and spacious. U can do simple cooking in the room. Very satisfied.

  Room is probably not 100% soundproof as i can hear footsteps of other guests in their room. I had to turn down the tv volume to almost mute worrying and assuming it might disturb other guests.

  Breakfast was great. The restaurant/bar was a nice option. The location is a little way from the centre, but is nice and quiet. Staff were helpful.

  We had an issue with the radiator in our room, and although it was fixed we were moved to a smaller room for 1 night, which was very compact. The ensuite was very small.

  We paid 9 pounds for the parking between 22h30 on 5th.and 11h15 on 6th May at the hotel and now we received a penalty from 140 Pounds ! Hotel staff didn't mention where we had to park. Otherwise we arrive 2 hours early and we also had to pay extra to receive a room.
