Excellent price. Decent size room. Large kitchen on ground floor with everything you need for cooking. Staff were very accommodating and the cleaner was very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend if your looking for a super cheap stay in Belfast👍

That there was no TV in the bedroom. Only one hand towel between two people to get a shower. Bathroom window didn't close properly. Everything else was perfectly fine

Lovely location, really lovely spot & nice staff. The room was clean & had some nice nature inspired touches. The natural burial ground is so lovely.

The bed was pretty hard, high & creeky & it was really noisy in the room, so you could hear everything going on in other rooms, from coughing to door slamming from about 6am onwards on a Sunday.

Everything, if it’s all at all possible to moan about. It would be the sliced bread for poached egg on toast, just didn’t seem to the standard they had set.

Location was good on a bus route into city. Pleanty of shops around.

My room got double booked but it changed to another. Was told the codes for the property would be sent to me at 3pm but it was 3.30pm b4 they were sent so I couldn’t drop my bags off. Was going to watch the football at the ethiad so was on a timed schedule. The room wasn’t very clean looked like the bed sheets had been changed for us and that was it. Bathroom was thick of dust and the bin was full. There was Tabacco on top of the Chester draws and inside the top draw. Also the owners were ver hard to get hold of on the telephone

Booked the jacuzzi suite and went to use it in the morning to find it not working. My partner went up to reception and she came down to have a look. Also could not get it to work. Said we could stay till 12. I guess to see if she could figure out how to work it. Came back down at 11.20 and turned a fuse on to which it then worked. She proceeded to say it’s working now! As it was 11.20 we had already packed our stuff and was getting ready to leave. She gave us no refund just apologised. I have also emailed to which I have had no response.
