A very good location, situated within the city centre limits that is a commutable distance from Lime Street overlooking Albert Dock and Pierhead. Will definitely be making a return soon. Id be honest I'm saying it was the best out of the 3 I stayed in and my experience definitely exceeds the value of which I paid Very grateful for having two double beds. One was for my body, the other one upon the platform was for my mind. Sound... 👍🏾😜 Finally, I couldn't help but smile when I walked up to look out of the window to see a gigantic ship in the dock opposite. Reminded me of a famous ship that once parked there..

Being a warm spring by the waterside, it was quite hot and tried to work the air conditioner but it was probably the most complex interface with no obvious instruction manual I've come across in hospitality. Having a bit of common sense, it was either defective or my sense wasn't so common that day so was unable to stay cool. Very convenient location close to transport and shops. Well appointed kitchen, comfy bed and roomy shower. Lovely light, bright living space. Terrace a lovely bonus!

It was noted on the booking that the bathroom ceiling was low but it was too low for my 6ft husband. I would prefer to be able to turn the bedroom radiator up and down without asking.

The beds were so used and soft, that I woke up with a stiff back and in pain. Our room was never cleaned, not even the trash was removed. I asked for a hair dryer and they didn't even try to provide one. I was only told that I could have one the next day! The next day though, I found an ironing board in my room!!!!! (which still wasn'st cleaned) I took it out in the corridor, where it stayed till the day we checked out. Last, we thought we could by breakfast on the spot, but when we tried to, we realised we had to make a reservation first.

The place is abit of a maze and could do with some bell staff for your baggage as stairs are narrow and corridors are long.
