I will never stay at Belgrove again. I stay due my sister n niece we're already in thus hotel??? I was been charged without knowing the room rate and did not agree on the room rate. everyday I wanted to check out but no choice Stuck there. while booking website don't have rate.Once I reached Maggie charged without my agreed amount. I felt cheated. So everyday I wanted to check our but stuck. wirh stain bedsheet and towel...disgusting yet paid such room rate. Never go back to this horrible hotel never... no thanks

dirty and stain bedsheet n stain bath towel. disgusting I used it without noticing till I open up and saw the stain. Just disgusting. overcharged room rate. Rate charged without my agreed amount. Just disgusting and feel cheated. Never stay again No Way NO. Never stay Never again. I try to change hotel and gana charge by another hostal for 1night £25.....just because of this disgusting hotel!!!!!!!!!! ok

I loved most of the people, the facilities, the landlord and the vibe there. We were treated with love and respect so I’m very grateful we found this place and we would definitely recommend to anyone that can be a people person like my girlfriend and hasn’t got a big budget or is a big spender. We had much more than what we got at Premier Inn for sure believe it or not. If you think more positively and the landlord fixes a couple things, everything works out!

Place needs more pillows so we had to find out own. The hot water in the shower was not being consistent all the time - you need to keep adjusting it unless the landlord gets that fixed. And if there’s heavy rain, there’s a minor flood situation that we handled together.

Very spacious but homely and clean. There’s everything you need from fireplace and hot tub to tea, coffee and toiletries. Very privet, perfect for couples, kids and dogs

It just needs some work. There were big holes in the table and duct tape on the legs. The travel cot was filthy. I had to chase them up to get my deposit back. The veranda was broken and was a huge tripping hazard! The van just needs some good tlc.

My room (121) was noisy for a lot of the time with a few pulsing humming sounds. I went to reception and asked about it and the receptionist said it was probably the air conditioning noises coming from the kitchen, and that I could pay to upgrade to a double room elsewhere - which I wasn't very impressed by! I appreciate that I've got sensitive hearing but I've never been somewhere like it before. My friend who was in room 120 said it was noticeable in his room too.
