Briliant location. Very good value for money we paid. I would certainly recomend this for everyone looking for few days accomodation not far away from London city center. Very well reached by public transport. Parks close by offering plenty of space for rest and chill or walks and other activities. Convenient for shoppers = Oxford street not far away. I would stay here again.

Pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment and the responsiveness of the host. Parking was easy and less than a 2 min walk, good value for money. Stayed for work, the host knew the area well and recommended places to visit.

no breakfast, nice hotel friendly staff easy to commute in & out of city to the OVO Hydro. Nice touch of TEA/COFFEE in the entrance. The room spacious. plenty of tea coffee available in room

no ice available or fridge in room so cold drinks were warm, room a bit tired, bit of debris under bed and behind desk. very small bin filled up very quickly and was not emptied while we were there.

Lovely location, very relaxing atmosphere, room was very spacious, well equipped room, staff were pleasant, nice that room was freshened in the morning with towels etc. breakfast was lovely.

The apartment was nice, it had everything we needed, you can either walk to the city center, or take the bus from the nearby busstop. The bed was comfortable.

Reception a bit grumpy when I confirmed sea facing rooms (as per my booking note). Behaviour was in front of other guests implying I hadn’t paid extra for the request. Should have been better handled, reception is the first impression of any experience.

Beds very uncomfortable full of springs seemed worn out. Bathroom floor grubby poor lighting in bathroom. Room felt sweaty very humid. Lack of sockets and radiator dirty. Dog charge was to much.

Left my sunglasses there , rang up he said he has to wait to speak to the cleaners when it was the next day it should be put in lost property he did not really care and they was expensive ! So obviously been robbed
