  Absolutely stunning accommodation. Everything was just as you would want it to be. Sarah was lovely and made us feel extremely welcome. ☀️ Dogs are allowed too and our girl was made a fuss of which in my book goes a long way! Room was perfect and clean. We had a bath in our room and electric window shutters. So didn’t have to move when timing for turning in. Location is fabulous, we did a great walk to Bolton castle and back. Then finished the day off in the local pub/restaurant for Food. Breakfast was spot on in the morning. We will 100 % be going back soon. Thank you.

  The property itself is beautiful - Anita’s attention to detail was really outstanding. Any need that we had was catered for, the garden is stunning and the surrounding lands are beautiful too. I could not rate this high enough. If you’re looking to stay in the area to go to Alton Towers, this is far better than staying at the resort, and extremely reasonably priced in comparison too. 10/10

  Great welcome, in fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely decor throughout and great full English breakfast too. Free parking on site.

  We were on the second floor, no lift as it’s a very old (charming) building, and steep stairs, so be aware of that.
