Our stay was great! The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, very close to bus stops( central London, like Piccadilly Circus, is 50 min by bus), restaurants, Thames river, great park, coffee shops, super market. We read from another customer that it was noisy. Nothing like this happened and the shop underneath is a mini market which closes at 8 pm. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean

The only thing is that people with problem with stairs should take under consideration that bathroom snd kitchen is at a level 8 steps down. Also that we didn’t find a hair dryer Perhaps it was but we couldn’t find it

Having stayed at The Grand at various times pre Covid and now returning for a weeks stay - it was good. There are things which could be better but honestly you are here to enjoy, so dot fall into the 'moaning Minnie's trap' and spoil your holiday!! The Balcony room on the 3rd Floor was brilliant and all the staff are helpful and friendly.

Can't say we disliked anything - if we've really got to be picky then maybe the table service at the evening meals need to be 'tightened' - but if you 'go with the flow' like we did -you'll enjoy the experience!

Made this booking at short notice due to being let down by my original booking. Only good things to say ... Great communication from the host. Great location, right beside Kensington Gardens. Spotless & spacious. Would definitely recommend 100%. Many thanks for the great service.

The manager/owner is amazing also very helpful, our stay was long term and he did everything he could to help us with numerous different things we needed. House keeping also went above and beyond and we are looking forward to our next few weeks with this place

The location is undoubtedly fabulous. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is value for money if there are 6 of you (not so much for a small family or couple).

There is a leak in the Master bedroom ensuite (coming from the toilet); and there is a "bathtub" and not "hot tub" on the property. The keys are collected from a post-office, which is a 10-minute walk from the property, which is easy enough but not ideal. The instructions and written rules provided by the property are incredibly unfriendly and bordering on rude- they should be rewritten! Eerie and disturbing sounds coming out of the second bedroom- sounds like scratching and rustling throughout the night.

Lodge was lovely, very clean and well equipped. It has just recently been renovated with 2 lovely shower rooms. Plenty of bird watching and beautiful outlook
