The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I book this hotel for 4 nights, the location was great and convenient for Excel London, I was there for the congress, it was one bus journey (bus no. 325, 86 & 241) from the hotel area, it takes 30-40 minutes. Access to the property when I first arrived was really clear and straightforward, I got a message via Booking.com website from the hotel to collect the keys from a box beside the hotel by entering a code. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they made me feel at home, thanks Naffi, Excellent value for the money. My room was clean and spacious.

I think the name ‘Luxury Ensuite Apartment’ is a bit misleading. It’s a bedroom inside a converted end of terraced house that’s been fitted with a bathroom. We only stayed 1 night and it was literally a place for us to rest our heads so it was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer with 4 people in such a tight space. The ‘apartment’ was 6 minutes walk from the tube station, which was convenient, but not close to any shops or the high street.

Prior to checking in I had to provide ID and register a credit card so it could be held for a damage deposit, which was a bit of a hassle. The keys to the property were left in a secure key box which was convenient, however the host didn’t provide the code to the key box in advance; I had to call to get it over the phone upon arrival, which was also a hassle. Also keys to all the ‘apartments’ in the house were stored in the same key box, which I didn’t think was very secure.

Great location - just a short walk into Mallaig and close to the excellent Clachain Inn. Host was really helpful in answering my messages.

I really enjoyed my stay; the room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town.

Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof at all, and you can hear noises from outside the room, on the stairs, and at the entrance.

No one would answer the intercom when i arrived at the barrier for over 10minutes. A passerby had to inform the team. I couldnt leave the car due to the barrier location and no one would pick up the phone. The parking was insufficient. Customer service painful-no greeting by the first front of house staff or apology for not responding to the barrier. A grunt and then he carried on watching a show on his mobile while another colleague got me checked in. This man was 35+ so I expected better There was hair on the bed when i got in the room and it was painfully run down. Felt like a hostel
