  The location was excellent central to all amenities. Apartment was immaculate very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. The little touches like welcome pack, and toiletries were superb, beds were very comfortable with quality pillows and duvets. All furnishings were of high standards and very plush.

  It was a lovely property. Ayr is not a big place so it was handy for shopping, a short drive will take you to the sea.

  Floor boards were creaking upstairs.The bathroom was grubby, black seals on the floor, it can easily be removed. Only two cups in the cupboard. Plates were chipped, a right mix match of cutlery. In all the kitchen utensils should be changed.

  No real character or soul to the place; just signs everywhere saying what you should not do. You have the sense that the accommodation is run remotely by its owner, hands-off, with no thought given to aesthetic or ambiance in any way at all! The positive suggestions to remeditate would be to improve communication style so it's not so technical and austere. And to add color and decoration to the property (as it's currently worse than an NHS ward).
