So comfy, spacious room, lovely touches of chocolates in the fridge and drinks in room as I got a free upgrade. The staff were so lovely. Rooms accessed from lifts with room card so I felt safe being on my own. Good drinks option in bar. Lots of seats in bar area. Excellent location for going to an event at millennium point. Will definitely stay again.

Issue with room service at night but it was resolved and apology given.

Apartment was clean and close to all amenities. Would definitely be back for a visit and would highly recommend staying at Rooftop. Barry was great and kept us up to date and was on hand for any issues should we of needed it!

All Amazing!

It’s located in the centre of the lovely village of Reeth. I was visiting with friends who were staying in various locations nearby, so it was perfect for me. Very nice, comfortable beds, lovely staff and good breakfasts.

My only disappointment was that my room only had a small window and didn’t have a view but as I was mainly there just to sleep, that was fine.

Very good breakfast, position located at 10 minutes walk from the centre of Inverness, friendly and helpful owner, free parking at the house

Very small room, bed a bit uncomfortable (very old, you could feel the bedsprings when sitting down), also we couldn't choose the breakfast time because we had to alternate with the other guests All in all a bit expensive for the quality offered

Location, our room no 72, locality, restaurant, and without doubt the staff!

It’s an ok place to stay. The room was large and airy.

Breakfast was restricted to what we could have for the booking fee we paid through booking.com, which wasn’t known beforehand. It’s a busy pub therefore noisy. The wine was ridiculously expensive at £30 per bottle!

Good value, excellent staff. Room size was very good

Burger and chips served in a bowl?

Lovely location, friendly staff. Would return.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some hooks. Borrowed iron & ironing board which was useless.

Parking for motorcycle.

Just about everything: - elevator not working - insistence that I was located on the top floor up numerous stairs even when I asked to be moved because of the broken elevator - being told I was second priority to a coach group - no hot water when I arrived for a shower - thumping music coming through the walls/floor of my room until way after midnight from a bar next door (under my room) - being forgotten at breakfast so I only had (soggy) toast (brown and white when I asked for white) no cooked breakfast offered until I had been sat there for over half an hour by which time I had to go - the most uncomfortable bed/mattress - bedroom furniture which should have been replaced years ago (all the varnish/stain worn away on the edges) - rotten window frames And the price: given everything I listed above and it still cost£94.50!
