Excellent location with lovely views (when the tide is in!). Breakfast was a good selection of cereals, hot food, croissants etc. Dinner was great, very tasty. Not huge selection for gluten free though.

Room was a little cold, they provide a plug in heater. The bar area was also a little cold

Liz & Billy are the most amazing hosts who looked after us so well. The Shore house is in a brilliant location with stunning views down Loch Goil. Lovely rooms. A great place to relax.

Nothing.

Bungalow was spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable yet spacious, beautifully situated, quiet and peaceful with everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn’t like, would only say for the price it would have been nice to have breakfast included all be it for one morning only.

I like the Welsh biscuits, not the Scottish shortbread.

Minor issues really. White tiled floor seemed a bit sticky. Toilet in bathroom near the front door was a little difficult to flush.

Pool, games room, most of the staff.

We were upgraded at no extra cost into a lovely room in the roof, sea facing with a balcony, fab, thank you Riviera. Unfortunately, the rooms are very poorly insulated so we could our noisy neighbour into the early hours, two of the three nights we stayed there which tainted our experience.

The heating worked.

It was filthy. The stove didn't work. There was no plug in the kitchen sink. Wiring dangerous in lounge room and a hole in the wall. Rug on couch was filthy and had holes in it. Shower was mouldy and bathmat filthy. 2nd bathroom only had taps, no shower nozzle, no bathmat, no flannels in either bathroom. No spare blankets. Curtains in one bedroom faded and falling down. We had brand new towels with shop labels still attached. TV didn't work. All walls dirty. A notice of electricity disconnection was put through the door on 2nd day. Showed photos to tourist office. They were horrified and checked to discover that they are not registered to let the apartment. You should delist from your website. Not worth a quarter of what we paid for it. I can supply photos if required. Another property like this and we won't use Booking.com again either.
