The property is newly decorated is very chic,smart and clean.The studio had access to a little garden which was lovely to sit in the rare sunshine. The bed is extremely comfortable and it is a relaxing quite safe environment. Flavio the host is very helpful and provides clear concise instructions with regards to entering the property.

It’s seems somewhat unfinished ie It could do with a headboard and side table. As a suggestion instead of having an extra bed, it would be better to have a sofa or chaise lounge. The skylight in the roof needs a blackout blind, it’s uncomfortable when the light streams right into your eyes in the morning.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and perfect for our stay. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the railway station, York attractions, restaurants and shops. Katy met us with the keys on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Awesome short break in Damson log cabin. Very cozy and comfortable. We had everything what we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we had nice rest between long walks. Hassle free check in and out as additional extra.

The staff. The receptionist ( Megan ) was exceptionally polite, pleasant and the manager ( Calum) was also pleasant, polite and helpful. The location was easy to find. We didn’t have breakfast there.

Unfortunately the room smelled damp & the bathroom ( which was a large, access bathroom) was cold.The heater & fan extractor in bathroom were not working. Manager managed to replace a fuse to get the heater working but not the extractor.

Great location near the train station and walking distance to everywhere. Bed was comfortable, very nice shower, spacious room, helpful staff.

We were surprised that we had to pay 3 pounds for each item of luggage to be stored for a couple of hours after we checked out. Usually this service would be free.

The location near the station was good for me.

No breakfast was available, the room was very basic, the shower was not adjustable (five jets of water) and the room was expensive for the services provided.
