Friendly greeting and an upgrade as it was a quiet night when I stayed, I was greeted with a 4 poster bed and a jacuzzi bath 😍 This is the second time I have stayed here and both times in different rooms, they are all lovely, clean and tidy. Each room has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV and lots of storage space. The bar is small but has a good atmosphere, nice sun garden out the back and the breakfast in the morning is so good!

Maybe a bit of an upgrade for some of the electrical items, for example the hairdryer is wired into the wall and it would be much easier if it could be moved around. No biggie really as it does the job, but would be an extra ease.

The location was great, the bedroom and bathroom were also large for London. The staff were lovely and welcoming and made check in and out easy. The blackout curtains were a bonus for a young baby and jet lagged travellers.

We has issues with our heating in our room, the heater was stuck on high heat and very unsafe for our baby. Maintenance didn’t come and fix whilst we were there although they just turned off completely. The staff were very helpful about it. The hotel was on the same street as the police and fire station, so lots of sirens during the day although not as many during the night.

Apartment was nice and clean. Bathroom with toilet was little bit small, mainly the basin. The doors to the apartment are keyless - unlocking with the numeral code, so no key hand-over was needed.

It would be nice to have separate blanket for each of us. We were three and had 2 double blankets.

The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable, also very quiet considering its in the centre of Bristol, the staff were all very friendly and professional.

We loved this place. It's cosy and roomy and very clean. Comfy beds and fantastic staff. The breakfast is included and excellent.

It was a little noisy on one of our nights which was a Saturday and the pub below was having a little celebration. It didn't spoil anything though and the next night was very quiet.

Staff were not very pleasant, the included breakfast was poor and minimal. You had to fill out your breakfast order the night before and it allowed one of each item e.g. one egg, one sausage etc. wouldn’t stay at or recommend this place
