We wanted to stay in a hotel for 1 night due to early flight back to Australia. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked the colours of the dining room furniture , refreshing. Complements to the chef our lunch & dinner was amazing! Beds are very comfortable too. Thank you!

The facilities meets the expectation. The room has enough space for a group of us. Nice and Cozy. One point that we like is there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For the location, it is only 1 station tram to Mancehster Piccadilly station.

The location is really good. close to the Paddington station which is perfect for the transportation to everywhere inc Heathrow airport. We also can leave our luagges before and after check in/out time. The staffs are helpful.

Due to we are travelling with the medium-large luggages, the space of the normal room may not enough for both of us to leave luggage open.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Edinburgh. Tour buses, trams and buses so accessible. Plenty of space for a family. Loved the cloak room especially for wet gear. Code makes it easy to access the property.

No lift, slipped on stairs within first 5 mins- so be careful. wasn't told there isn't parking at the property. need to set aside money for parking nearby as can be 7.50 an hour

Comfiest bed we have ever slept in! The staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was fabulous and very well maintained.

Girl next door helped me alot! Thanks for everything. Location is 23 min walk to the center. Bus 10 goes to the place too. Quiet and cosy room

The light in the wet room constantly flickered horrendous and made spending any time in there very uncomfortable and not good for migraine or for those who can’t tolerate strobe lighting for medical reasons. Couldn’t get the air con to turn down.

How it looked nothing like the picture on booking.com website. Hotel was shabby, cracked tiles, wallpaper hanging off. Door didn't lock, had to put my suitcase across it. Lift didn't work in the morning. Receptionist was asleep and just didn't want to help. I would never had stayed in a place like this if true pictures had been advised. Tried getting hold of your offices to complain but no success. I will keep trying because I want my money back
