It was the most expensive small hotel I’ve stayed in this week as I walk the coastal path from Minehead.

It's not at the airport. I needed to get a taxi as there is no shuttle bus, which then far outweighed the savings I had made and meant more time travelling in an already tight schedule.

The shower door only half opens There was a blue light on all night, so it was impossible to sleep. The bed had protruding springs! The key lock wouldn't open! I made 3 trips to the local shop where the key was held before I could get access to the property. I was desperate to go to the toilet but could not get into the property. One of the local shop keepers allowed me to use their toiletthst was located at the back of their shop behind storage boxes and filled with crates! I was very grateful but very sad that this took place all because the key safe box wouldn't open. I am disabled. The trips back znd forth to the shop really hurt me physically as I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees. The property was not clean. It had damaged furniture and a broken shelf in the waldrobe damaged walls. Damage behind the radiator. Danaged carpet, etc. I spent the 2 days/ nights in this terrible place worried that I would be charged for the pre-existing damage. When j told the property owners about the damage that I discovered in the waldrobe. She asked me how it happened? This further added to my anxiety about the place because the question led me to believe that an infantiry had not taken place... so I felt that I would be charged for all previous damage!!. I spend 2 days photographing all the problems that I found so thst thete was s date stamp...THIS HAS RUINED MY WEEKEND AWAY IN LONDON SO I CHANGED MY RETURN TICKET TO AN EARLIER TIME AND RETURNED HOME!.
