A clever set up - a number of rooms upstairs in a fairly ordinary house with a small dining room/kitchen available for guests. Breakfast goods were provided on a "help-yourself" basis - cereals, bread, eggs, milk, juice, yoghurt etc. Having this extra space was good for writing our journal and meant we could have breakfast as early as we liked. Our room was a good size, clean and quiet (despite overlooking a car park). Clear instructions for access.

Although (of course) I knew where it was when I booked it, the location felt further from the seafront (and Coast Path) after we'd walked from Beer - and is up a steep hill. Would perhaps be better for people coming by car. Not as much character as other places we stayed at along the Coast Path

Loved everything about it. Amazing concierge, great reception, phenomenal view from the room. Very clean. Excellent location. Everybody was happy and pleased to help. Nothing was too much to ask for. Absolutely delighted. I have already recommended to friends and family.

It's a little remote, so you definitely need a car to get to local restaurants but this wasn't a problem for us.

The entrance to the property was hazardous as was most parts of the apartment. I messaged the property owner to advise of a number of concerns…cracked tiles around the fireplace which was dangerous, the fridge plugged into an extension lead , which was also exposed so you could trip over it, a metal door way plate that was raised so if not vigilant you could cut your foot. There were a number of issues & the photos are not a true reflection of the property.
