Host was approachable. Lovely room. Really clean and comfortable. Double bed was comfortable. Ensuite was very good. Powerful mains operated shower. Plenty of coffees, teas, crockery and a fridge. Leanne has thought of everything to make one's stay comfortable. Good internet connection and a large TV. Plenty of storage. Desk and chairs also in room which were handy when working and/ or for eating at. Parking right outside. A very comfortable stay. Thank you, Leanne for looking after us in your lovely place in Newquay.

We stayed for an overnight stay whilst visiting Exeter University, so glad we came here. Lovely friendly staff, really helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they even arranged for our Breakfast to be available early without us asking, how thoughtful was that. We had a meal here in the evening which was just superb. The room we stayed in was lovely and clean, spacious, comfortable and above all quiet. We loved this little town and pub so much that we shall come again, thank you for the pleasurable stay.

Great place to stay. Beautiful bedroom and shower room which were spotlessly clean. The lady that owns this cottage was a lovely host and very welcoming. She also gave me a tasty continental breakfast. She told me about all the things you can do nearby. I would definitely like to return for a longer stay at a later date to do these, like picnic by the bridge over the river which is about 150m away or walk on the moors. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will def recommend this to my friends and family.

The caravan is lovely and clean and warm, it is in a lovely spot and it's a nice little site. The swimming pool is lovely and warm. The passes are £20 each, we didn't eat in the resturant so can't comment on the food.

Everything was as you would wish for in a very good B&B. Extraordinarily friendly and accommodating hosts. Ideally situated for a quiet night and still only at a strolls distance to the centre of town.

Main bedroom strong damp smell unable to sleep comfortably, partner slept in sitting room due to being asthmatic and struggled with breathing, every room smelt damp even towels and bedding, Wi-Fi not working but understandable as so remote, I was looking forward for my kids playing in outside garden but over grown mess weeds growing all along side property cobwebs all over out side cabin not been maintained properly in a while bbq been used and dirty. my child was chased and bit by a dog in the kids play area when play with frisbee in park as park not fenced off and dog walking area right side by side
