Proximity to all the attractions is great, the hotel is easy to find, it looks inviting from the outside, it’s clean, comfortable, well decorated & furnished, The staff were so helpful, greeted us with a smile, asked about our day nothing was too much, Breakfast was lovely, great selection, cooked to perfection not greasy, Lots of entertainment on offer, cannot fault this hotel , I will definitely use the Craig-Y-Don again and recommend it to my friends & family

I had no fault with this property

An amazing location - what wonderful sea views. Eateries in easy walking distance and Co-op and Tesco in town with handy opening hours. Such easy access to the seafront with interesting places to see walking either way. Despite the shabby exterior of the building, once inside you are in your own haven with good sized rooms and pleasant decor. And the info folder was really helpful - couldn't have asked for more.

Could have done with a couple of good, small pans in the kitchen. Other than this, our only comments are things that might affect other people: Having read the reviews, we came in a Fiat Panda and had no issues with the access to the car park. However we didn't notice the big '4' on the fence to show where to park until it was pointed out in the info folder. The flat is up several flights of stairs (and walking access to the shops is up a steep hill / steps) so this property wouldn't suit those with mobility issues.

Room was amazing, clean, tidy and exactly what i needed. Room was ensuite, with a shower and nice sink. Toiletaries and towels were provided, towels were even tied with a bow. Tea, Coffee, and chocolate were provided, and kit-kats as a snack. Was well located, in a quiet suburb and slept like a log.

Parking could have been better - was on street and there wasn't very much available.

All terrific fir a 2 night stay, wish we could have enjoyed it longer.

Staff were very courteous and helpful but I think the hotel is overpriced especially the bar prices. That's the main reason I would stay again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and relaxed.

Definitely not a four star hotel, clean and tidy but more typical of a premier inn. The dining furniture was cafeteria style and the comfortable lounge area was set for fours and sixes all occupied by two people on each so we had to have afternoon tea on cafeteria furniture or be rude and intrude.

Location from the M8 isn’t as handy as other hotels, however the stay was better than previous stays with other companies.
