It exceeded our expectation. We actually brought our own towel, and toiletries after reading some reviews but to our surprise, the room was really nice & clean, well made up.. there were enough clean towels, the bathroom were filled with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and enough toilet paper! they even have plenty coffee, teas, sugar and milk. we got a room with 3 single bed and 1 double bed.. for the price and location, we couldnt be happier! the check in process was quick and easy too! definitely we will choose this hotel again for our next trip to london. highly recommended!

We loved everything about the house, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, but the most magical part was the hot tub and the garden views. We had an amazing and very relaxing time there.

COCKROACHES in the room on the first night. Asked to change rooms but told they were fully booked. Ended up booking another hotel elsewhere and the hotel staff won’t respond to my requests for a refund for that night. Second night I was switched to a different room which was better but neither room had a kettle/tea making facilities as advertised. Really poor customer service. Think booking.com shouldn’t list them. Can’t believe there were cockroaches in the room (multiple and not just in the bathroom) in 21st century Britain. I’m minded to report the hotel to environmental health.

No one knew when the bar was open and we struggled to get drinks, my partner is pregnant and we found ourselves having to walk near a mile to find the nearest shop in which we had to pay expensive priced for drinks and food as we didn't know the area and it was the closest shop, they was no entertainment on and was told it's only open on the weekend even though nothing was mentioned on the website and also the was loads of problems including Mold in the bedroom in which we didn't even spend a night in and instead slept on a couch which lead to us both having little sleep and back pain
