Clean rooms and good amenitites. The adjacent pub had great food and friendly staff. The room was clean, all of the appliances worked and the beds were comfy. Great parking, all staff we saw in the hallways were polite and greeted us warmly. Also, great value for money - id stay here again if visiting for an event.

The hotel was fully booked and therefore our room was not ready despite arriving 40 mins after checkin time (this was rectified swiftly by the female on reception and apologies were made, however i feel is worth mentioning this issue for the future). Also, i observed the gentleman in reception to be abrupt both on the phone and in person with fellow guests, especially when so many were requesting assistance with taxis. The reason alot of guests booked was for a concert. When customers asked that he assist in booking a taxi, he said it was too busy and gave them a number, (not terrible in itself) but the tone and delivery left guests feeling that he didnt even want to try to help. (We had called earlier in the day to ask the same thing and got the same answer). Although he was correct that the taxi companies were busy, the tone/delivery could be improved on.

The Address hotel is a first-class boutique hotel in the heart of Glasgow. The hotel has an attentive front desk staff that was one of the best we have encountered in Scotland, perhaps the best.
Negative section of review
While the hotel has a back entrance that meets accessibility standards, it is a back entrance in a questionable alley. For handicapped people such as myself, there are many stairs in the lobby and to the room elevators. The owners need to find a fix so that guests in wheelchairs or with canes do not have to go down a dark back alley. The building is a refurbished insurance company. Accessibility should have been a concern during the renovation!
