The location was great and apartment very spacious .Near to shops bars and restaurants. Host seemed lovley very warm and comfortable. Good value for money 🙂

Breakfast was a BIG let-down. No buffet, but still had to make our own toast. We waited nearly half an hour after ordering for it to arrive, after chasing. When it did, everything was cold and hard. Bacon and Black Pudding were solid, like cardboard. We ordered fried eggs, which were more like hard-boiled, the yolks were like bullets! A single SMALL mushroom and very small half-tomato finished the plate, which looked empty. Certainly not worth anywhere near the £21 fee each. We complained as checking out, and were offered an apology, but no money off. I will be complaining further.

The room was cold, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the bed felt lt would collapse at any point.......every turn we were sure that the rest of the hotel could hear!

The shower and taps in the room were confusing. Water is so hot it was dangerous and no cold to cool it. Water pressure was rubbish, too. If staying longer than 2 nights would start to irritate

The heater was either overheating or not at all, bathroom at the main corridor, tpilet sink had some disgusting sediment it in and wasn't clean, only one towel, tje window was hard to close, the inn isn't marked on the street or on the map, the room was tiny
