Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The house is absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. We booked this for the bank holiday weekend & we’re sooo glad we did as we had a group of 20. The house spans over 5 floors so be prepared for exercise! The house has everything you need and more, everything has been thought-out really well, the kitchen is extremely well equipped especially with 2 dishwashers, plenty of storage, large fridge & freezers, ideal for large groups. The views across the bays are beautiful viewable from most rooms. The kids spent most of their time in the games and cinema rooms which are in the basement and out the way !! You cannot put a price on having children with you but out of sight out of mind allowing the adults to relax on the higher floors. The owners have done a fabulous job on this property and have raised the bar on our expectation for our next weekend away. The consensus between the adults & kids is we would love to visit again.

  Great rooms - large for a "cosy double". Glass bottled water still and sparking. Good toiletries - plenty of mirrors Really good breakfast. Hotel has a lovely bar with excellent G&T! Right in centre of Bourton on the water - with free parking! Will be booking again :)

  70th Birthday not acknowledged at dinner despite informing on arrival. Wifi in the Hotel but not connecting in our room. Very little 4G available. Please offer hair conditioner on request

  Perfect location, right in the heart of town. A lovely choice of food for breakfast, and allows you to mix and match! Jeremy was so lovely and helpful, the best customer service I've received in a long time!

  Location for high street and lakes is perfect. Nice big clean room. Great shower lovely fluffy towels and linen. Great breakfast choices. Staff friendly.

  Our room had a small high loft style window so no view. However that was just where our room was situated. Hotel is on the high street and being bank holiday there was street noise and a loud club going on until around 3am on the sunday night. No fault of the hotel.

  The keycard to access the hotel was very temperamental and wouldn’t open the main doors, had to try 4-5 times after checking in at the pub. Also happened late on Sunday evening when the pub had closed and managed after around 15 attempts
