Our room was very tastefully furnished as well as immaculate and with lovely views. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The hostess was so pleasant and helpful. The location was great; out in the glorious Herefordshire countryside. And breakfast was plentiful and healthy with eggs from the property perfectly prepared.

I found the reception staff very hostile upon check in, the gentleman in particular looked down his nose at us on more than one occasion, and the female wasn’t much better, when asked it could check in early they were very firm that there was no negotiation, I think it could have been handled much better

Everything was immaculate, the staff there must work very hard to keep it so clean. Facilities were good and it was quiet and peaceful

I would like someone to have answered the phone when I telephoned and left a message, as I was arriving quite late at night and wondered if I would be able to get in, but there is a key code you use, so it doesn't matter what time you arrive as long as you have the door code

Automatic light in bathroom kept coming on when you used the bathroom at night , waking up my partner. Should have been told by reception about this and that hotel maintenance could have come along and de activated it if asked! No carpets in the room - Lino Hotel is a rabbit warren of corridors - some lifts did not take you to reception If you did not know the way (and we found it by accident) you generally have your go outside to set to another part of the hotel for breakfast.
