good central position but maybe treble glazing on the window would be good!! as the Music in the area blasts out til. about 3am! Obviously when staying in centre of Liverpool we expeced it to be noisy!!!

We have No grumbles! We were going to a James Walsh gig at the Royal Philamonic Hall so there was a steep but interesting and lively walk all the way up there...

Convenient location for getting to Millenium Arena. Within a km walking to big grocery store. Clean room. Helpful staff.

The beds are wearing out, starting to sag and you can feel the springs. My other comments have to be prefaced by saying "I know it's London" - such a tiny room and the window only opened 4 inches to get any kind of breeze for cool air. Noisy due to road traffic (of course). No fridge (but where would you put it in a tiny room and it would just heat the room more).

The location was good the hotel was presentable.

The breakfast was ok, could have had more of a selection, nothing exceptional. We got there and was told we had been "ungraded" and was now staying in an apartment block, which was situated further down the road. We didn't ask for or want upgrading bit was told there was no option available at that time to move. We decided to stay in the apartment for the duration of our stay, but have definitely preferred to stay in the hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was lovely and well presented! We only said the balcony floor should be done, so the whole apartment is modern but overall we loved it
