Clean and comfortable facilities. Ideal location walking distance to local shops etc. Nice little kitchen with plenty of utensils to prepare food. Great alternative to a hotel if you want a little more comfort / flexibility.

No hot water on arrival. Need to put timer on before guests arrive. A fan would be great as the rooms get very warm when the suns out. I know it's the UK but the sun does shine sometimes.

Hosts Jeff and Lisa were very welcoming and made my stay lovely.... Very clean and extremely comfortable.... Beautiful breakfast!!... I will definitely be going back there as soon as I can 😊

The room was very spacious, the first day's breakfast was nice and served to your table.

The check in was poor, the young man sent us where he thought our room was but not sure! There was no info about when or where breakfast would be just that kitchen closed at 7.45pm that night. Breakfast on the second day was serve yourself and it was really dried up. When we told the staff this they just agreed !! In the bar half the pumps had glasses over them to say they were unavailable!!

The breakfast was not up to 5* standards. The whole breakfast experience needs reviewing and uplifting. A residents lounge with comfortable seating would be a benefit.

Room was finished poorly, there were no curtains or blinds so we woke up very early with the sun, the were multiple areas of peeling or unpainted walls, the room was small for the price and there was a noisy pipe close to our window. The voile on the window was very thin and left access from other visitors/staff to see through the window from the courtyard.
