      Pool is brilliant. Some rooms we have had have fantastic views. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast staff are very good at looking after their guests.

      The £50 they take off your credit card for “service you may use” . Last time we never had it returned. But watching this time as we made sure that we had nothing that could invalidate the return of our £50 .

      Lift was out of order. Mum had walking stick and bag and staff didn’t offer to help with luggage to the room. Bathroom in room could have been cleaner. Mould in between tiles. Rust on silver fixtures. Chipped wall could have been painted.

      Awful hotel. Finding the room is a Logistical nightmare. Room service appaling. Price for water in the vending machines insulting. Basic rooms. Extortionate prices for a substandard hotel. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Never again!
