Positive section of review
The whole experience related to the accommodation was pleasant and everything was as expected. The room was spacious and it had a lovely corner couch on the window, which kept the wife very happy (bonus points for this), the breakfast was delicious and it had free parking. The host gave us a map and indication as what we should see and where the landmarks are located. One impressive thing is that, although the hotel is located next to the hospital, we did not hear any noise in the room during the night.

Short walking distance to the main beach, town centre, restaurant and shops. The cottage is well equipped with all the amenities for cooking and washing which is a plus when travelling. There’s a small nice patio at the back and a close by laundromat if you need tumble drying. Communication is really good. The property team responded quickly when we got in touch.

Parking can be an issue but with a card permit you can always find a space nearby. Mid mornings and before 5pm tend to be the best times to park outside the property.

Great Hotel. First time with Wetherspoons. Premier inn standard at 'spoons value for money. So lovely being able to just open a door from the pub and walk upstairs to our room. Pub open until 1am, usual decent scran and a lovely extended breakfast menu with some really interesting new stuff. What's not to like🖐

Only one small criticism. We booked a family room. Loads of space, but some low/weird headroom and an unusually large bathroom

In the centre of town. when our food eventualy arrived it was very good.

The shower didn't function correctly , one minute scolding hot and the next cold. Along with other guests we waited over a hour from the time our order was taken to when the food was served.
