  The apartment was modern and spacious. Staff were engaging and set up a WhatsApp group to communicate information before and during the stay. First time I have seen WhatsApp used in this way and it worked really well

  The passage way to the apartment and the garden/yard was littered with rubbish an abandoned bike and pushchair. Lights not working on outside landing or in hallway.

  Breakfast average. Location good. Enjoyed the hot tub. Lovely lady on arrival. Very friendly. No one around on departure to raise any issues with. Left our keys in an unsecure box.

  Overwhelming smell of mould and mildew in the bathroom. Mould on wall . Mould on the blind. Still builders footprints on the wall panels in the bedroom. Very little ventilation. Can't keep doors open in a rain shower. Or when asleep.

  We had a great time. It's a wonderful place which we will definitely recommend to friends and the owners couldn't have done more to make us feel at home.

  Location was poor, no parking other than a NCP arrangement for an extra £35 The 'lounge bar' where one might have a light snack, was laid out such that one noisy group could (and did, in our case) be heard throughout the lounge. It was not fit for purpose. The menu of hot snacks was very limited.

  Bathroom in room 17 was cramped. Room not well sound proofed so could hear defective drinks machine on first floor landing and corridor doors. WiFi did not work on arrival however it worked well the following morning.
