The staff were so friendly, especially Albert. He genuinely hoped that we had enjoyed our stay and took time to talk to us. The breakfast area was lovely and clean. Everything was constantly being replenished and there was a good choice of food and drinks. The parking onsite was an added bonus even though there was an additional charge.

Not a dislike but only gave 9 for facilities because we didn’t use them all so couldn’t judge.

Great location for me to travel to work, the host is fantastic makes you feel welcome and is very friendly. The single room I lodged in was just the job, enough space to move around, a comfy bed and a basin for a wash. The separate shower cubicle is great easy to use and plenty hot enough. Parking onsite is very welcome and plentiful.
Negative section of review
No dislikes, perhaps additional items such as a microwave or toaster in the room would be helpful but I appreciate those appliances generate heat which could start a fire and perhaps not be covered by any insurance cover. Nonetheless there are plenty of supermarkets around and take-away outlets.

The location was peaceful, but their wasnt much for toddlers to do in that site and I would say personally it's for older people who want peace away and that want local amenities like cafes and pubs. We did find things to do but I wouldn't recommend this site for kids.

The chalet was clean tidy and good value for money but the water pressure in the kitchen wasn't great, and we couldn't get hot water out the shower so we used the bath more. The second bedroom with the bottom double bed was awkward for an adult to sleep on, I slept well but my back always ached when I awoke and I could feel the springs under me, so not sure if it's suitable for adults. The site in my opinion was not catered or suitable for children at all, but thankfully their was a park dean site next door that we went to so our toddler had things to do.

Stunning location at top end of loch, romantic and peaceful. Plenty of space with a full size snooker table, croquet and paddle boards if you want activities. Very obliging staff and owner who couldn’t do enough to assist. Incredibly dog friendly too.

The caravan was really nice, in a good location with parking right next to it. I took my dog as this was a dog friendly caravan. Living room was spacious with a big TV. Would stay again

It was a beautiful pod with scenic views! The Northern Lights was happening and although we couldn’t see much as it was minor at Skye, it was still beautiful and secluded.

It is a small space and the shower is a bit cramped so you might knock your elbow a time or two. We had to improvise a bit with using the hob as the power wouldn’t stay on but we got there!

House tired. A lot of springs have gone in the furniture especially in the kitchen chairs, also double settee in the lounge and our double bed. The ground floor smells a little damp. Also there was an intermittent drain smell at the top of the stairs and occasionally noticeableble outside the front door. It is possible that this is coming from the drain vent outside the front doot

1. Upon arrival you had to park 10min away and charged £12.60. On the website stated with carpark but in fact they don't own car park at all. 2. Arrived in my room there is no welcome cold bottled water or biscuit but only coffee/tea trays after long journey 3. How well security! Well you be in a shock the safe is free to use however not bolted down at all. Spoken reception about this and he said every room are the same. So I said in that case it is your responsible to replace if it get stolen you failed to bolt it down!! 4. Breakfast not brilliant as they can't keep up restocking in time !
