The room was in Bicester Heritage, a really cool converted WW2 RAF base. Lots of trees and green space, with a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops It was really comfortable and had its own entrance. The lockbox system worked well and the check in instructions were good. The room was a bit cold when I arrived but the radiators heated up really quickly.

Nothing really! Lack of room service I guess. But I had come prepared and enjoyed the peace and quiet so much!

This was a very nice room in a great location. There's a cute restaurant downstairs and Nairn itself is a nice sized town if you are touring. It has a bit of life about it, which we liked. The room was modern and well maintained. There is a large park nearby and the beach is within easy walking distance. We played golf at Nairn, which was close by.

Breakfast menu chosen from 2 options the day before. Food was good. Breakfast room is pleasant with a good view. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Attended very nice church across road.

Often rains. It would have been nice to be allowed to use breakfast room as sitting room during the day rather than always sit on bed in room.

The place was a health and safety hazard. The ceiling actually fell down. The host mentioned that it was caused by flooding from someone on the top floor but I think there should be more safeguards. I also had to take a cold shower since the temperature controller in the shower didn't work. The host sent a video on managing shower temp but it wasn't useful. The bedsheets also smelled of cigarettes.

The reception was a little poor as thre was only one girl there her English wax difficult to under and be understood. I had my dog with ne and had to pay extra for this my dog did jot settle in the room as doors opposite which were staff banging upset her so st 12am I took her out to the car. I d already had a man shouting and be ride to me over my dog being in my car under my window so I can keep an eye on her. I was most upset with him and he tried to say he owned the place. But he did nt. Anyway I reported him to tge police. As I was staying there alone and was distraught had very little skeep and left at 10am .there was nit many residents or other staff.
