It is easy to find and access. Parking is secure and low cost so huge bonus. Very conveniently situated in the centre close to the cathedral. Lots of interesting eateries around which I’d like to try. Although central not noisy so sleep not disturbed. I was working but would love to come back and explore the city. Host was super responsive and patient when I needed further information. I would stay again

It is on the second floor which was easily manageable as there is no lift but a slight faff if you are tired. The sofa didn’t suit me for comfort but that is a personal thing

Last minute reservation following a cancellation at my hotel. Lovely surprise. I had the last available room, cozy, clean and very comfortable. The double rooms are very nice. The host Tamara is incredibly friendly, a really lovely lady. Great breakfast. Parking across the street. Great location, very close to the centre, restaurant, shops. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

When I arrived at the facility, my bed was full of hair. When I told the friend at the reception, he was interested. but they didn't change it. Since it was late, I said I would tell you tomorrow. I woke up in the morning and typed again on the app. This time only the pillowcase was changed. I slept with a t-shirt or hoodie on. Also, the toilet locks are in a terrible state, they are all broken. I would never choose again. The heating did not work at all, we literally froze at night.

Both outside and inside need upgrading. Bathroom very dirty and room needing upgrade in general.
