Friendly welcome, very nice quiet room with attractive decoration. Evening meal was very enjoyable, the steak pie and lasagne being of high quality. Good cask ale too. Breakfast was excellent. The bacon, sausages and egg were good quality.We appreciated the opportunity to make our choice the night before. Overall it was hard to fault the place and we will return.

The pot with cigarette ends in outside our room was off putting, it should have been emptied, but that was our only criticism.

The apartment had two rooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom was small but comfortable. The lounge was large enough for four, and the kitchen was very well equipped it had everything one would need.The views were amazing from the lounge. The location was brilliant it was very near to all tourist attractions

It was a convenient stop for seeing Canterbury and within close proximity of Dover (we were travelling to France)The garden was great for the dogs.

The estate was still being built so a bit of a building site. There were some personal belongings around like photos etc which was a little uncomfortable.

The booking confirmation contact details were unclear and initial contact apparently went to another hotel. Initial phone contact with reception was poor and they were unsure of booking, facilities and inclusions. The phone number went to another accommodation that didn't acknowledge or know that they had coverage of the Lawn facility. Upon arrival at Lawn a notice on the door to go to the facility next door. This time the reception was aware of the relationship between to two. We received accommodation at the other facility rather than Lawn ( so unable to make a true comparison or true assessment of Lawn) Shower water temperature unable to be adjusted so full hot and unable to use. General feel of the facility very tired.
