      Brilliant location, walking distance to harbour, pubs and restaurants but also great base for exploring. Lots of space for two teenagers, us as a couple and grandparents. Lovely facilties. Dog friendly. Lovely little touch with the dog biscuits that our pooch appreciated. Very modern and clean. Thank you.

      On street parking, when out for the day sometimes meant struggled to park when returned but this was not an issue that concerned us. We just pulled the cars round to outside the property, briefly double parked when unloading and loading our luggage (whilst being considerate to locals).

      Friendly host who clearly takes pride in the standard of the self catered unit. Good communication prior to occupancy. Spotlessly clean and well thought out apartment with everything we required. Lovely fluffy towels and super comfy beds.

      Good location, very close to tube stations and lots of food places. The room is of a good size and the place overall is relatively clean and smells quite lovely. Staff are nice and smiley.

      - Nobody came to clear out the bins or change the towels throughout my three-night stay. On my arrival, I was shown a sheet of information which states that there is a complimentary full room service on the third night. I did ask about it and requested this, receptionist took note of the request. This did not happen. It’s not the end of the world but for a £100+ a night stay, you would expect some sort of housekeeping. - The stairs – I can see why other reviews made a point about this. I got the top floor room so it was over 90 steps to climb everyday. This doesn’t bother me too much but I can see why this may be not ideal for some guests - Bathroom is small as others say. You cannot sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the sink. - Is the £100 deposit really necessary? Other places who have the same facilities and are of the same price range don’t ask for this.

      Too hot! It was like a sauna especially in the hallways. Also, no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Nobody behind the bar able to make cocktails late at night
