  The first room I was in had a leak under the tiles so I was moved and put in a smaller room without the facilities I requested so I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I was downgraded through no fault of my own and paid for the bigger room

  Bathroom had no blinds/curtains and with only frosted glass and faced directly onto an office block with very little privacy, there was no interleaving door between the bathroom and bedroom, and in summer the light simply streamed.

  The sofa needs replacing it's very uncomfortable. Same problem as in previous review, we were unable to enter apartments as given the wrong code, luckily, the cleaner turned up to give us entry. The wifi given did not exist, so the password was useless. Contacted owner who gave another code and password that worked but only just as it dropped out as many times as it dropped in. The owner said they would call an engineer to sort wifi out but not done on our leaving. Only one toilet roll provided! Could not make a drink on arrival as no tea , coffee, or sugar provided, also no salt and pepper.
