  Home from home feel. Hosts Julie and Mark are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing seems too much trouble. Even offered me the use of a pair of binoculars so I could clearly watch the peregrines on the abbey. Breakfast is cooked to order and is delicious.

  We loved the beautiful garden and sitting by the pool. Location very near to Thomas Hardy house. Breakfast was made to order and delicious and everyone delightful (like the sunshine we had). Hope to be back for longer next time. Thank you Amanda.

  Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh and tasty. I made a mistake and went a day early, but, with good grace, were found a room and had a v g stay. Water provided, and tea/ coffe and boscuits was vg.

  Bungalow number 2. So modern and clean with a garden.. A real gem of a find. Private car parking. Easy walk to Whiston train station. Just 21 mins to Liverpool lime st.

  On the first night, we had an issue with the beds, but Maria soon solved the problem by moving us to the bungalow. She is well organised and efficient and obviously cares about her guests.

  Lovely private garden spaces. Great location. Very clean and comfortable, especially the bedrooms. Thoughtful complimentary items. Well stocked everyday items.

  Although the decor is a little tired, it didn't impact on our enjoyment of the cottage. If it was done up to high spec it would be stunning but out of our price range. Keep it as it is 😁
