Very clean and great location. Stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was spacious and had everything needed for a stay. Walking distance to main points of interest. Fast WiFi. Staff tracked us down in the car park to return an item they found cleaning.

Lovely well kept property with stunning gardens. Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Everyone we met was lovely. Location was also great with some nice restaurants/pubs near by.

Struggled to get any hot water out of the sink at any point of the day but it didn’t matter too much. Certainly not something that would stop us coming back.

The suite was such a long walk from the lifts , the room was not clean , there was no shower gel in the fixed bottle on the wall , the tv in the bedroom didn’t work properly had sound no picture, we got woken up at 8am by house keeping to clean the room when we hadn’t checked out , the breakfast in our room had no butter for the toast and no jams and marmalade. In the mini bar all it had was two bottles of water. Even if we had to pay a little it would have been nice to have the choice ! It just didn’t seem like a suite . The tv in the bathroom didn’t work. In the corridors there was food that had been dropped and dirty glasses left on the floor when we were finding our room on check in day. Very disappointed ☹️ we won’t be staying there again!!! For the cost of the suite it was very overpriced!!! Not happy!!!!

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment. It’s also above a restaurant so there’s a constant food smell.
