Cliché… but the photos don’t do the property justice. The property is perfectly designed for a bed & breakfast. The shared lobby, lounge and kitchen area is unique, spacious and opens up to amazing views of Carbis Bay. The good-size bedrooms are cosy, private and also boast the same Carbis Bay views and quirkiness. Ally and Rowan are fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was exceptional. Easy car access. Great location for Carbis Bay and St Ives. Room and bathroom were clean and all amenities have been thought of.

The cottage was very lovely and like home from home, and the view was just amazing, we woke up and had breakfast outside and it was so peacefull and beautiful, my son loves animals so waking up to find goats and cows were our neighbours was a win win! We will definitely book to come again! We loved it.

We couldn't have faulted anything to be honest as it was great if we had to pick one thing it would be the shower it tended to spray everywhere and you didn't have an option but to get your hair wet! But that's if we really had to pick something! Definitely wouldn't stop us coming again!

I confirmed I am arriving at 5pm. I struggled to find the location ,and was calling the number provided repeatedly ,but nobody answered.finally when I found the location ,the door was locked and nobody was at the door.luckily, a nice guy staying in one of the rooms let us in. He showed us a different number to call.when I called ,the guy who answered provided me a code to get the room key out of the box,but it was wrong.it was a quite a hassel to call back and forth( call going in to voice mail repeatedly ) finally we could get in. It took nearly an hour. Then at 8pm , I received an email from the management with all the instructions.whats the point after all the trouble I went through ? Room was ok.bathroom very tiny,but managable. Heaters didnt work the whole time we were there.

No comment about underground parking pre booking. Very stressful arrival including scraping door handle on underground lift as not wide enough and parking space fencing locked underground. No instructions on. Managed to park outside reception with permission of owner and walked 20 mins for dinner as daren’t move car for fear of losing space. Main bed was like a trampoline so soft and window blinds had partial coverage so wide awake 430am. TV - no U.K. general channels only Netflix IPlayer etc. Air conditioning noisy and no real benefit. £288 for one night felt very deflated, exploited and seek a partial refund.
