Amazing room with cute kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous bathroom with nice quality toiletries. Really tasteful touches and an artistic decorative styling. Loved it! We will definitely stay here again as we visit Northumberland often.

Providing the ID for automatic check-in was challenging. The hotel had to help in the end, which they did very well.

The room was not as advertised and we had to use put up beds rather than the advertised 2 double and 2 single. Mold in the shower. Staff did give a partial refund.

At breakfast they tell all guest it is self service. So you start taking food from the buffet. However, ordering of nice breakfast food is possible from the table which is included in the breakfast. So, for me it was misleading. Coffee and tea is not self service. I missed out ordering poached eggs.
