Positive section of review
First impressions were good, a beautiful well kept building directly opposite the sea. We were met by David who was friendly and welcoming. Once inside we could see the whole house had been decorated and furnished to such a high standard and everywhere is meticulously clean. We had a really wonderful stay in the teal room and it was within easy walking distance of some fab restaurants, little independent shops and the harbour and beach. We were lucky that the weather was warm and sunny so it felt like a mini-break but without having to go abroad - perfect !!.

Child friendly. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options, although we missed out on the first day as the information provided on arrival said breakfast from 8.30 & we needed to leave by that time. We later discovered that breakfast was ready earlier, shame to have missed it! The hosts were polite & attentive at breakfast, making an effort for the children in particular. Close enough to walk to most areas of interest in the town & to bus route if needed.

The property is a bit dated, could do with a bit of TLC. Booked 2 rooms. No problems with one room, but the other seemed to have a problem with water supply. Another guest borrowed the shower as hers didn't work.

Location was ideal for meetings, close to restaurants, room was comfortable and a nice touch with the coffee machine, easy check in and nice shower to start the day,

cant really be changed but the walk up to the room on the top floor wasn't ideal with suitcase and business case, 2 or 3 flights of stairs ( 1 being narrow ) just made very a sweaty experience after a long drive, slight problem finding parking but after a phone call to host it was sorted,

Was quite scary with vandlised lifts. Very difficult to get to the apartment on 5th floor.

Very dirty corridors, damaged lifts. Balcony door couldn't lock. Thank God it was just one night. They demand deposit after booking, and cancellation fee charged if you try to cancel on booking.com Over a month now and no deposit has been reimbursed. Very unhelpful staff when chasing for deposit.

Family of 4, but only 3 forks No kitchen cleaning sponge No tea towel for drying dishes 4 people, 2 drinking glasses No bin in bathroom Bin liner for bin was half the size, so had to leave it out on floor. No small floor towel for stepping out of shower 35 pound for linen that nothing fit the bed? No hoover, even a small cheap one considering 90 percent of the caravan is carpet, and they ask you to clean before leaving
