We were made to feel so welcome by everyone that we met. The service was impeccable and our room was spotlessly clean, warm and well provisioned with everything that we could wish for. The hotel itself is absolutely charming with really original decor, truly delightful and full of hidden treasures! Breakfast was amazing with homemade bakes and fresh fruit, in addition to a lovely breakfast menu all of top quality produce. A really lovely place to stay with great hosts and in a great location. We're really looking forward to a return visit very soon and can't recommend enough.

It’s good value, modern, well equipped with hairdryer and iron/ board. very quiet spot, comfortable bed, useful parking space.

The little outside garden in Russett could be much more pleasant , the chair and side table not that big and very uncomfortable. Two Tiny towels in bathroom , luckily we took our own for the three nights. Will need some bits fixing and refreshing in due course.

Really good, clean & tidy. We can have simple boiling egg. Comfortable Room 1 can park just outside the room.

The only thing lacking was a nice lounge with comfy chairs. The chairs in the bar are not very comfortable after a while.

Well, where do I start. The staff were actually very nice, however that cannot be said for the residents. Things you should know. 1. It is above a pub and they play music until 10pm 2. It is a shared bathroom so be prepared. Night one: I had the pleasure of moving blood stained towels off of the bath Night two: I had the pleasure of removing almost a full beard from the sink as a contractor decided to have a full beard shave. Night Three. I was privileged to tread on a cigarette butt in the toilet as I wafted away the smoke. Night four: This was the best night. A full on resident fight between contractors that kicked off around midnight and kept me away past one as the police had to arrive to take whoever away. Do not take your kids here. If you are a contractor. This may be right up your street.
