The property was absolutely fantastic,had everything you could possibly need,extremely clean and comfortable and the decor was beautiful. Brilliant for my children,toys and accessories on arrival as well as a lovely gift pack waiting. Internet was an available,you just literally couldn’t want or need anything els with this caravan. The views from the caravan are stunning and it’s lovely and quiet. Highly recommended :))

Rear entrance access lift was great for me and location was perfect for the Nothing But Thieves Concert at Cardiff Castle I went to with one of my Sons. The hotel name sounds posh! I got a good deal on the price as a budget room with two single beds which was upgraded to a double round room with a good view of the city!

No onsite parking for disabled drivers, that was my fault for not checking the parking before booking.

I booked two cottages here, and both were so lovely and had everything you'd need for a self-catering stay. The garden and surroundings were beautiful too, and we wished we were staying longer than the one night to take advantage of them. We hope to come back again soon for a longer stay.

We had a lovely breakfast each morning and found the leaflets/information available, plus the host's advice, helpful. Very convenient location for Royal St David's Golf Club. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Off road parking available.

The view over the river was nice, having access to the kitchen also was a useful option. Being a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the main pubs along the river was a pleasant escape.

The duvet on the bed was very thick and heavy for the time of year, quite hot to get to sleep, it would be nice in the shower if there was a small shelf to be able to put shampoo etc. Remote for television didn't work, all fairly minor comments but would make things a little more comfortable.

Minor issue is that the tv has apps (ie Amazon & Netflix) but we were unable to use it as the tv is attached to different WiFi. Only very minor, you don’t go on holiday to watch tv!!

The room was small which was fine but there was too much in the room. The chair at the desk was too big and couldn’t be pulled out because the bed was in the way and was too low to use at the desk. Smaller desk and chair would give more room. We ate in the bar the first evening and my husband discussed giving a cash tip as he prefers to do that. However, despite this conversation a 10%tip was automatically added to the bill.
